Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown before you pay. You’ll get a tax invoice by email and on your order page.

Your order

Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through. If a candle sells out after you pay, or we’ve made a clear pricing mistake, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. See Shipping for times and costs.

Returns

See Returns and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Using your candle safely

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains and drafts.
• Burn on a heat-safe, level surface. The jar or tin gets hot.
• Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn.
• On the first burn, let the wax melt right to the edge so it burns evenly next time.
• Burn for no more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.
• Stop when about 1cm of wax is left.
• The wax flowers on top are decorative. Remove any that come close to the flame.
