When it leaves

We pack and post within 2 business days of your payment. You’ll get an email with a tracking number when it’s on its way.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days of posting, depending on where you live. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Overseas

We only ship within Australia for now.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 10 business days after posting, or a candle arrives broken, email support@cocoflame.co with your order number and a photo of any damage. We’ll send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. Once a parcel has been posted we can’t change where it goes.
