What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if you give it) and what you bought. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we also receive your name, email address and profile picture from them.

We don’t see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Why we collect it

To deliver your order, send you receipts and shipping updates, answer your questions, keep tax records and prevent fraud. We don’t send marketing emails, and we never sell your details.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe, to take payments
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and sends our emails
• Australia Post or another courier, to deliver your parcel
• Google or Apple, only if you choose to sign in with them

Some of these services store data outside Australia. They protect it under their own privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser stores your bag. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 5 years, as Australian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@cocoflame.co. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
