Caring for your candle
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains and drafts.
- Burn on a heat-safe, level surface. The jar or tin gets hot.
- Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn.
- On the first burn, let the wax melt right to the edge so it burns evenly next time.
- Burn for no more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.
- Stop when about 1cm of wax is left.
- The wax flowers on top are decorative. Remove any that come close to the flame.
